It's a bug in 1.0 RC1. I fixed it. Has anyone run into the date and time not showing up on a phoneview ticket? In the subject line on mine it shows Phone call at Time(DateFormatLong). Anyone have any ideas where this is generated so I can see why it is doing this? Thanks Gene

Update Kernel/Output/HTML/Agent.pm and try it again (restart the webserver if you use mod_perl). If not, there should be more info in the webserver error log. Update SuSE 7.3

Hello, I try to upgrade my SuSE 7.3 version of OTRS to 1.0. First I stop all running services, then I do 'rpm -Uhv otrs-1.0.0-RC1.i386.rpm' but this command doesn't find an end. Nothing happens in the shellor elsewhere. When I kill the command, I can restart the old version without problems. Any hints ? Christoph

Error after Update to RC1

Hello, the perl version used is v5.6.1 built for i586-linux. I work on a SuSe 7.3 installation. With the new Agent.pm the error does not appear anymore, but the mail is not sent. Instead I keep staying in the 'Create answer' view. When I look at the 'From' field, there stands otrs@localhost, followed by '* invalid OTRS System <otrs@localhost> (fqdn)'!. When I set the option $Self->{CheckEmailAddresses} to '0', everything works well. The full qualified domain name in Config.pm is set correctly (as well as in Defaults.pm). The autoresponse to an incoming mail uses the right from-address (otrs@<fqdn>). Where can I change the 'From'-address used for answers? HTTP 500 on empty answer click

I am getting a Http 500 Internal server error when clicking empty answer from the agentfrontend. The logs show error 500 332. Not really sure what the system is looking for. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Gene

ArticleStorageInit error

Hi Martin, well that's what i figured too. ;) So I checked the config.pm and default.pm files and they have correct settings. To be sure I edited Tickets.pm and hard coded the module ArticleStorageDB in it. It gave me exactly the same error. All files are available and the require statement doesn't give an error so there must be something else wrong. I'll past the bit of code that gives the error here: my $StorageModule = 'Kernel::System::Ticket::ArticleStorageDB'; eval "require $StorageModule"; push(@ISA, $StorageModule); $Self->ArticleStorageInit(); It gives me an error at the last line of the code above. I don't know what is going wrong, as I'm not very much into Perl (yet), but why is the module pushed in the @ISA array and than used with a $Self statement? Looks like a strange statement to me, but I may be wrong of course. :) Hope you can help me. Have the same problem here... I just commented out the $Self->ArticleStorageInit(); and it seems to work...
