Dashboard modifications

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to show two more fields on the Dashboard: 1. Sender name/email 2. Date for when the last update (email) was received/sent I guess everything is possible, but I was hoping there would either be a simple way of doing this or using an existing module. Anyone know? Report top 10 clients

Hi team, would like to know how to create a report that show me 10 clients that more solicitations made. I have installed ITSM 2.1.1, i have enabled in Frontend::Agent::Stats Stats::UseAgentElementInStats: and Stats::CustomerIDAsMultiSelect: but i have no idea how to do, any suggestion?, thanks Julio Cesar Angulo Quiroz Telf.: 997066155

[ Customer Users <-> Groups ] empty

Hello, On our current implementation (5,892 customers, 165 groups, OTRS 2.4.8, apache2-mod_perl-2.0.4-40.12) when we click on /otrs/ index.pl?Action=AdminCustomerUserGroup nothing is shown. We have CustomerGroupSupport enabled in SysConfig and no errors are shown on the AdminLog for this issue. Does anyone know why is this happenning? Any help is much appreciated. Sometimes create tickets for testing in the company, I wonder if you can delete these tickets in any way to not affect my stats. OTRS 2.4.7 in Debian Lenny with MYSQL

Upgrade from 2.4.7 to 2.4.9 via RPM ?

Hello, I am currently running OTRS 2.4.7, installed via the official RPM package (otrs-2.4.7-01.noarch.rpm). I would like to upgrade to 2.4.9 (recommended security updates), and expect to be able to do so via a simple rpm -U of the new RPM package. My question is this : are there any particular pitfalls i should be aware of being upgrading the RPM ? For example, i have made some local edits to a few files (Config.pm, some template files, etc.), and i really do not want those to be clobbered. Article Attachment Base64 Encoding

We converted our OTRS installation from MySQL to Oracle. For the most part, the migration was successful. The only issue we are having is that the "Content" column in the Article_Attachment table needs to be encoded in BASE64. Is there an easy method in which to accomplish this conversion? Is there a DB-Update script we could modify in order to encode the data in this column to BASE64?

ITSM 2.0.2 functionality

Alexander Alexander, thank you for your answer. I have installed the GeneralCatalog and the ITSMCore packages. Does anyone know if there is some additional functionality if I install these packages? ITSMIncidentProblemManagement, ITSMServiceLevelManagement, ITSM? Hi Sergio, you only loose the features of the missing packages, if you don't need them, this is ok. But you have to have installed the GeneralCatalog and the ITSMCore package, they are the base of OTRS::ITSM. I think that users usally install all the ITSM packages, since there should be seldom disadvantages. So this would be the safest way for you to go. Please feel free to ask the mailing list if you want to achieve something special by omiting some of the ITSM packages. Regards Alexander
