Is the config for LDAP to a windows 2003 or 2008 server the same as 2.4? I am having some troubles getting OTRS to either populate it's customer base with LDAP or allow access by User Group. --- Vance Walsh Network and Systems Administrator Concord Academy - Concord, Mass.

Hi, is there any possibility to find all tickets closed (or edited) by a specified agent on a specified date? I didn't find anything in documentation or mailing list history ... Thx for your suggestions - Timo

Ticket tag ; free text "content" instead of "key" ?

Hello, The OTRS documentation lists a number of possible tags that can be included in notification emails. A series of tags are related to FreeText (see ref.), which will display the key value for a given FreeText item. For example, given : TicketFreeKey1 ; key = locale, content = Localisation TicketFreeText1 ; key = ca, content = Canada Result : <OTRS_TICKET_TicketFreeKey1> will be "locale" <OTRS_TICKET_TicketFreeText1> will be "ca" What i would like is a tag that displays the content (i.e. "Localisation" and "Canada", in the given example). Does such a tag exist ? If not, can such behaviour be enabled or added somehow ? Queue get disappear after changing its name

Hello All, My problem is, When I am changing queue name from 'Queue' of Admin module. After this the updated queue get disappear from Customer Interface. What to do..? Thanks in advance.. A quick search field for ticket number?

One of my users just asked me again if OTRS could have a quick search function to search for a ticket number. We also we phpbugtracker, a great free bug tracker, and on every page there is a "Find bug" field in the upper right. All you need to do is enter a bug number up there and immediately go to that bug. But in OTRS we need to perform more clicks and travel through an awkward search form. Can this be added to the feature request list for 3.0? Different Queue for different Customer

Hello all... How to display different queues to different Customer ? Example : Suppose I have 10 Queues. To Customer A, I want to display only 5 queues and to Customer B, rest 5 queue. How to do..? Show levelwise Services in Agent Interface

Hello All, I want to ask that is there any relation between Services and Queues..? Is it possible to create level wise display of Services while creating a new ticket for Agent Interface? i.e. 1st level of services, followed by respective 2nd level of services, then 3rd level... Windows Server Time Zone

Our staff work in multiple time zones so I need to store all ticket data in UTC. I believe I have identified the options I want: - On the server, include $ENV{TZ}='UTC'; in config.pm - In the SysConfig, Core::Time , TimeZoneUserBrowserAutoOffset is set to Yes >From what I can see, the $ENV{TZ}='UTC'; setting is not taking effect in my environment. - Windows Server 2008 - ActiveState Perl Has anyone seen this configuration work before? Is there a page in OTRS that shows the "system clock"? Hugh
