If you mean the otrs files then just copy the c:/otrs folder (or whatever your location is)) and simply move them to the new location and adjust your iis or apache setup accordingly. If sql, you'd be better served in a sql specific group or a google search should suffice. Be sure to adjust your kernel/config.pm to account for the new sql server location as well. Hi, I made some scripts to backup and restore on a W2000 server. See attachments USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO WARRANTY - NO QUESTIONS - cnage the extention from .txt. to .cmd - To autobackup run it from crontab - The windows installer is needed to restore !!!! Do a testrun before use it in production environment!!!!! Julio, Tienes que "Link" los services y SLAs a los agentes que los usaran. Aqui esta como lo haces: Admin-->Customer Users<>Services--> busca el agente, luego seleccionalo --> "check" los servicios que quieres para el "Agent" :) Thanks! Cron Jobs on Solaris 10

Hi ALL, I have otrs 2.4.7 running on Postgresql 8.3.7 and Solaris 10. I have configured the cron scripts in $OTRS_HOME/var/cron. But when I execute $./Cron.sh start otrs, I get the error "./Cron.sh: -: does not exist"; what could this be? Rgds Michael

I have setup a replica on Solaris 10; problem is, the auto-response isn't working. I am able to receive e-mail tickets and send out mail (Admin Notification). When A ticket is received, the system shows an auto-response - system (email-external) - has been sent. BUT the customer receives no auto-response...what did I miss out? Rgds, Michael

Buenas tardes, creo que no he sido muy claro con mi consulta pues verán, ya tengo configurado varias sla por cada servicio; mi problema nace cuando uno de los agentes help desk, crea un ticket de email desde la interfaz de agente a la que accede a través de index.pl, no puede seleccionar ningún servicio Disculpen que los incomode pero le doy vueltas al asunto y no entiendo como hacer que se habiliten los servicios a los agentes.
