Hi guys, Thank you so much. But I think I wasn't clear enough. Imagine I already have two environments, both operational and identical at time zero: one for testing and one for production. Every time a request for change OTRS configuration arrives (some new configuration, a new dynamic field, a new ACL, new process, everything about configuration etc), I need to implement it, test it and then deploy it to production, like any other application. In other words, I need to export/import all configuration data on a regular basis, but should leave the other production data intact (history of tickets, articles etc...). So drop the database is not an option. Any idea? The problem is: How to export the required configuration data from test env. and deploy it into production env? I know I could copy and paste the ZZZAuto.pm file, but is that enough? Is there any database configuration data I should also take care? If so, how? I know I could use the provided backup.pl script, but I don't want to backup/restore all the data, only the configuration data. Is there any way to do so? Thanks in advance, Samuel

Option -g of otrs.AddCustomerUser.pl ignored?

Hi, Looking at the source code for otrs.AddCustomerUser.pl, it seems option -g (that's supposed to put the user in the specified group) is not used and thus doesn't put the user in the desired group. Closed Ticked Limit

Hi Folks, Considering the 10.000 limit for closed tickets, I wonder how can I find a ticket older than 10.000. My system has now over 25.000 tickets in one year and 4 months. Hi all Can someone please help us outline in short points what is needed to have OTRS make a WS request at Article change? Removing ticket from command line

Hi there, in my OTRS web panel I see two emails that, I think, have a strange format: in fact, when I click on it, OTRS session is instantly closed. For this, I cannot close the ticket associated with them. I tried to access OTRS from another PC, different Operating System and different Internet Browser, but the behaviour is the same.
