Good Morning all together, I have found something I do not really understand. [Logout] [ Utilities ] [ Preferences ] [ Stats ] [ end ] [QueueView] [PhoneView][FAQ][new message (0)][Locked tickets (0)] [Queue: PersonalQueue] Tickets shown: 0 - Ticket available: 0 - Show all 0 tickets - All tickets: 1 Queues: PersonalQueue (0) - Stefan (7) - warten (4) - Where do I get the All tickets 1 from ?? Getting Emails into Queue

Hi, I've just installed OTRS on a hosted domain. Here's the info I know about it: Webserver: Apache 1.3.26 Operating System: FreeBSD 3.4-RELEASE Complier: GCC 2.7.2.3 Database: MySQL 3.23.32-log Perl 5.00503 PHP 4.2.2 PHP3 3.0.18 Sendmail 8.9.3 I've done all the installations and logged in fine, but no emails are coming in the queue. I need info(a)heartlevelministries.org to go into our queues. I edited .fetchmailrc to read: poll mail.heartlevelministries.org protocol POP3 user info(a)heartlevelministries.org password [ourpassword] is otrs But nothing happened. What else should I need to edit to get the mails into the queue? Thanks Chris

fetchmail error

'use lib' in various files

Hi, I have questrion about install process. My system is RedHat v8.0 and I install otrs in /usr/local/OpenTRS. Almost everything is fine, but in several files I found "hard" coded lib statement. Example: - in files: otrs.setPassword; otrs.User2Group; otrs.User; otrs.Group; otrs.addStdResponse2Queue; SystemStarts lib point to '/opt/OpenTRS' - in file .Cron.sh variable OTRS_ROOT point to '/opt/OpenTRS' - in file .#index.pl.1.16 lib point to /home/martin/src/otrs :) What i've done wrong, or this is just buggy install script? 10x in advance. hi everybody, i have trouble with the postmaster.pl mails dosn't appear in the otrs system. instead of this there are many errors in my shell. Thats why most email clients encode umlauts in headers with quote printable encoding..
