Privates queue

Hi: Is there any way to hide some queues from the clients, in a way that they only can enter message using email or web to publics queues, and that the privates can be used only by the agents ? That is a simplification for something more complex like make group for users with defaults groups, and assign rights to them. Jorge

Hello Tilo, when you create a new Ticket for a special agent with rights only on a special queue be sure you have an email adress assigned to this queue otherwise you get the error-message below. best regards Uwe -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: Essig. [feature request] Admin function in the admin area

Hi, In order to correct some "problematic" mails, I normally want to go into the specific mailbox, delete an email and then restart the mail collection by otrs. (These problems are sometimes related with responses to tickets or mails with attachments; if I have time, I'm going to send failure protocol to the list) Normally I call mail collection by starting the respective perl script. This works only, if I have shell access to the machine. My feature request is to include basic administration function (i.e. manually started mail collection) in the admin interface (for the case if you (like in the office) have no shell access). Hello List, now i have another problem, after changing some settings in the adminpanel i try to create a new ticket from customer CPanel. now this error appears: Fehler: Need TicketID! Presorting mail

we try the following settings in the procmailrc: # -- # Examples for queue presorting. # -- :0 fhw : * From:.*@stats.validname.com | formail -I "X-OTRS-Queue: mailerdaemon" and # -- # Examples for queue presorting. # -- :0 fhw : * From: MAILER-DAEMON(a)stats.validname.com | formail -I "X-OTRS-Queue: mailerdaemon" It look like these email do not go in the mailerdeamon queue but still in the TO queue. Where is the mistake ? nitificartion for some queues

Hi: I have the otrs running, i have some queues but i only want to receive notifications from some of them even when i have rw right for alls. There are another people who need to receive notifications from the queues i don't want to receive. I don´t find some way to do that. Is something to enable it? Jorge

Seraching only in Notes

Hi all, Here in Technets we use the "note" feature with standard codes to identify some problems with the customer (tipically, most used code is $$$ "the customer have to pay the last invoice" :-) We'd like to have the possibility to search only in notes text, with a checkbox in the "search" form. Hi! Ein Kunde schickte uns eine Email von -mort-(a)arcor.de Als wir Ihm antworten wollten, kam ein Fehler vom otrs das angeblich diese Emailadresse nicht RFC... conform ist. Ich weiß, was die RFCs sind. Aber ein - ist doch erlaubt oder? Oder stimmt im otrs evtl. ein REGEX nicht?
