Hello!
Is it possible in the Customer frontend to let the customers change in
which queue the ticket is stored?
The thing is i need a 'admin-customer' and a 'user-customer' the admin
customer should be able to move the ticket from queue "Pre-Support" to
queue "Support". And the 'user-customer' should only be able to create
tickets in "Pre-Support".
Or is there some other way to have a 'admin-customer' who is able to
"approve" the 'user-customer' ticket before it goes into the 'support'
queue?
