Errors when sending/replying to tickets

Hi , I have searched the mail list , as well as googled it provusely yet there are no clear indication as to what the solution is : We have been getting this error , at various intervals when trying to reply to tickets : [Mon Oct 23 10:11:10 2006][Error][Kernel::System::Email::SMTP::Send][97] Can't send to: [EMAIL ADDRESS]! Enable debug for more info! This seems to be intermittent , as I cannot see a clear defined criteria for this error. Please , please any help is appreciated as I am at a loss at the moment. Ticket thread on one page.

Hi, I've got a question: When I select some ticket from a queue, I get to the page with the one message of the ticket thread. But when ticket consists of several messages, I have to click on each line to read all messages one by one. Is there any way to see the whole ticket thread on one page and just to scroll between messages? Thank you for your help! Andrey.

Use of ticket free text fields in responses

Hello, Is it possible to use the user defined ticket free text fields, such as "TicketFreeText1" in a response, similar to the use of "<OTRS_CUSTOMER_UserEmail>" ? I have a ticket free text field in which I store IP addresses and I would like it to be included in the responses I send. I have tried different combinations of OTRS_TICKET_FREE, etc, but it does not seem to work. Any ideas ? Thank you, Stelios

OTRS and Oracle

I have installed OTRS out of the box ... so far so good ! I installed ldap as authentication mechanism , works ! Now I want to use Oracle as my repository for my data ..... storing tickets etc. I have installed Oracle with the DDL from OTRS. I changed all the parameters in Config.pm to point to Oracle .. at least I think so... I stop MySQL ... when I start OTRS and try to hit the login url I get an error, OTRS can't find MySQL . What am I missing here, using Oracle as a backend it still needs mySQL ?
