Hi, I am running SuSE 9.3 with otrs 2.0.4..i am having problems with permissions. The only way i can get the web part to work is to make the user wwwrun and so since it the user is wwwrun i cannot run the cron jobs and so the email part does not work. Any ideas on how to get this to work? Thanks Cody

Changing location of ArticleFS

Hi! Is there a Config setting to specify where to store articles (if ArticleFS is spesified in Config.pm) ? Alternatively , has anyone moved their database , filesystem storage from one system to another. I am running out of space and seriously need a solution! Any help will be greatly appreciated. Daniel

I tried to add a new user to the system and the last name field is already filled in when I click on the user button to bring up the form. If I delete the field contents and type in the proper name and click add it still retains the wrong name (from another user record). Has anyone seen this behaviour before? Please select a queue

I would like a "- Please Select -" at the top of the queue list for a new customer ticket. I tried playing with "CustomerPanelOwnSelection" and get the proper list, but if they select "- Please Select -" (which is not a real queue) they get a "Error: Need TicketID! " error. Is there an easy way to give just a "you need to select a real queue" error? -- -- Steven http://www.glimasoutheast.org
