Unable to open file process_id.MYI

Can somebody help me explain why I would be getting this errors. I have removed the hostname from the error message. How to stop running Postmaster process ?

Hi No incoming mails to my queues. The /var/log/messages shows the following error. How can I stop the running postmaster process?. I had tried ./PostmasterPOP3.pl -f 1, but the problem still exists. Please help. Thorsten and Tim, thanks a lot for your reply! I have made a rule to automaticly forward the mail to a backup mailadress, adn this works fine. I have also tried to remove the line in the PostmasterPOP3.pl, OTRS then leaves the mail in the mailbox, but now every time the script runs, the same emails get into OTRS but now with a new ticketnumber. So the system gets filled up with "old" emails. Is there a solution for this? corrupt attachment in email

Dear All, We are using OTRS 2.1.4, postresql, and postmaster.pl script fot incoming email/tickets. Can somebody tell me, why does otrs corrupt attachment in incoming emails? I tried a lof of times, and I am sure postmaster.pl script is the murder! Activated the CustomerGroupSupport

Hi, I have activated the CustomerGroupSupport within SysConfig Frontend:Customer in order to manage the Customer-Group. Now if I open a TICKET from the Customer.pl page to the agent does not come more sended the email than notification of opening TICKET Why? Daniele

I would also be interested in this document. Auto assigning new tickets to users?

Greetings, In my otrs setup new tickets are generated by inbound emails to a specific address. At that time those new tickets sit in a queue but are not assigned to a user for action. Is it possible to automagically assign new tickets to a user in some round-robin, or other basic and fairly distributed fashion? As most support/help desk environments go techs are all over the place and it would be helpful to be sure the tickets are assigned right away instead of sitting in a queue waiting for manual assignment.
