Customer Users without passwords?

Triggering PhoneCallCustomer

Hi all, This is what should be a dead simple user-level question: How do I manually (as a user, via the interface) create a PhoneCallCustomer event? That is, once I've got an already existing ticket, how do I indicate that the customer has initiated telephone contact a second time for that ticket? Second, related question: How do I show that the customer emailed an address other than the otrs pop3 support(a)example.org address? That is, if the customer emails a tech directly? Thanks a lot, C

Per User Stats

Is there a way to get per user stats? Like the number of closed tickets per specific user per day or something like that. I have been looking through the stats and trying a few out but it doesn't look like you can do it from there. corrupt email attachment

I have got some error when I send in email a ticket with attachment: Character in 'c' format wrapped in pack at /usr/local/otrs-2.1.4/Kernel/cpan-lib /MIME/Field/ParamVal.pm line 213. So, this is not OTRS specific, but perl! What can I do with it? Subject depending of the selected queue

Some new features needed for phone tickets (and others also). I need to have a dropdown list of "Subject" depending of the selected queue ("To"). I.E. I have four queues: Windows, IP Phones, LAN and Others. If I select the Windows queue, I want to choose the Subject only between 4 possible choices: Password, Office, Outlook, Install. If I select IP Phone, I want to choose only between Voicemail, Hardware, Configuration. Any idea ? THX for your help.

Reply to ticket - no email option

Hi, I have an OTRS system now fully working, but when I zoom to a new ticket, the only options are to close the ticket or "Contact Customer (phone)", the "Compose answer (email)" option has no clickable "reply" hyperlink underneath. Where do I find a list of the tickets that I own

Hello all, I am trying to implement OTRS (got it installed and currently testing by 15 people department). If a task is assigned to me and I have added some notes to it, it then get disappeared from my "New Message". How do I get back that ticket without going through search function? Also, what is the differences between "Responsible" and "Owner"?
