Apache is exiting unexpectedly after approximately 3 hours when I have two agent clients connected to the server with the QueueView page displayed. The page is refreshing on a 2 minute interval in each Internet Explorer window. If I don't have any agents connected then Apache does not exit unexpectedly. I have not changed the Apache configuration from what the installer configured. The Apache error log is below from the time Apache was started till the time it exited. I did a search on Google and it looks like other users have had similar issues, but all the text is in German and all I can make out is the Apache logs. Hopefully someone has a solution. Setting the responsible

Hi I'm testing the responsible feature. When new mails are fetched from postmaster_pop3.pl, the responsible for every ticket created is set to root@localhost, is there a way to change the default responsible or disabling it? What is Ticket::ResponsibleAutoSet: in SysAdmin- Ticket -> Core::Ticket ? It's enabled by default, I tried to disable it but I couldn't notice any changes -- Gabriele D'Andrea Tel. +39 085 9431161 . Okay so I installed gc++ but I am still having the same error. I made sure that the directory that gcc was installed in was in the PATH variable. Not sure where to procede. One issue that it might be is that I may have to also add the gcc path to some @INC variable used by Perl. Is this correct and if so how do I modify it? Thanks for the help. You could try to find out which versions you are using with these lines in index.pl: use Net::DNS::Question; warn "Net::DNS::Question: version $Net::DNS::Question::VERSION\n"; warn "Net::DNS::Resolver::Base: version $Net::DNS::Resolver::Base::VERSION\n"; I'm using version 610 of both modules. Hello list, I have OTRS 2.2.0 rc1 and tried to install the FAQ package (1.0.18). The package manager complained: "Message: Sorry, can't install package, because the framework version required by the package (2.1.x) does not match your Framework (2.2.0 rc1)!!" Are there any plans to make the FAQ module available for OTRS 2.2? Thanks, Simon

Software error

Hi, I am having exact the same problem since a couple of days. ( Modification of a read-only value attempted at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux/Net/DNS/Question.pm line 47. ) My OTRS worked for almost 2 years without problems, seems my provider updated something on the shared webserver my domain is running on ... Too bad, my provider is not to cooperative, Any suggestions in how to solve this ? Eddie
