Ok, need a little help with the "How to" . I looked in Admin under Postmaster Filter, I saw no option for Body so I went into Core::PostMaster. Since I didn't see a PostmasterX-Header for Body, I added one. Then I checked Postmaster::PreFilterModule###1-Match: For the Match I put Body and the Set to X-OTRS-CustomerNo. That is about as far as I can get. I got a regular express that is supposed to look for any email address: \b[A-Z0-9._%+-]+(a)[A-Z0-9.-]+\.[A-Z]{2,4}\b so I assume that will go with the match, but I'm at a loss as to what would go in the set to set the email address that it finds. How to Keep E-mails in Mailbox

Hello, everyone! I've installed OTRS in my company and the incoming e-mails get deleted after they're fetched. Is there a way to prevent that from happening? The manual doesn't address this issue and I'd like to keep a copy of all e-mails within the mailbox. Any help is appreciated, Harry Cruz Brazil

Statistics - How much replies wrot a single agent

Hi all, First, thank you all for your efforts so far. Our ticketing system went live this week and it's running fine with all your tips. One last thing is still unclear for me. Since several external agents are loggin into our system, we have to create weekly reports, how much replies a specific agent wrote per week (since they get payed per response) Is there a way to determine this? I tried to use the stats function and so on, but i can't find a solution, since we need the excat number of sent replies (not of tickets) and this on a agent base. Any help would be appreciated (even a SQL soolution would be practicable for us) Thanks! otrs set sender to <> using -f

Hi, Im having a problem where a spamfilter triggers on the fact that OTRS does not set any sender on the autoresponse emails, it seems to be missing (no null-header or sender address) In the server logs i get '... otrs set sender to <> using -f ...' which is most likely the cause of this i guess? Is there any solution to this? define Customer Data Fields in Config.pm

Hallo, i want to have more Data Fields for the Customers, Telephone Number and Cost Unit. Ok Thank You! That's it! Either you can create there more Defintions for PriorityID-6 , 7 etc.. Hi, I'm entering some articles into our FAQ, but I can only seem to attach one file per article. Is there anyway around this as I'm trying to use screenshots and it's a bit limiting if I can only attach one! Thanks -Emily

Colour of Ticket View

Hi! After Changing some Settings like Ticket Types, Poriority, Queue-Names etc the Colour of the Info-Box on the right Side changed from grey to blue. Thats now the case for all Priority levels.
