Hi, I am getting the following error when trying to connect to the oracle database. install_driver(Oracle) failed: Can't locate DBD/Oracle.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ../../ C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/cpan-lib C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../.. C:/OTRS/Perl/perl/lib C:/OTRS/Perl/perl/site/lib . C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../.. C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/cpan-lib) at (eval 23) line 3. Perhaps the DBD::Oracle perl module hasn't been fully installed, or perhaps the capitalisation of 'Oracle' isn't right. Available drivers: DBM, ExampleP, File, Gofer, Proxy, SQLite, Sponge, mysql. at C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/DB.pm line 216 IF have made the following changes in the config.pm: $Self->{'DatabaseHost'} = 'dev'; $Self->{'Database'} = 'dev'; $Self->{'DatabaseUser'} = 'otrs'; $Self->{'DatabasePw'} = 'pass'; $Self->{DatabaseDSN} = "DBI:Oracle:sid=$Self->{Database};host=$Self->{DatabaseHost};port=1521;" ; I have installed on windows using the windows installer package. Where can I find the Oracle drivers? Any suggestions please. How to Change the Default OTRS Dictionary

Change Agent Queueview

Hi, When we click Queueview, there are some information listed in the right frame like below. I like to add or change one of them(such as Priority) to the ticket Owner so that we can see the Owner without zooming it every time. Can anyone advise how to change the perl codes? Thank you. How to define Timeunits and Ticket Type as mandatory fields

Ticket Type - can not choose ticket type on reply

Hello List, we usually get tickets by email. Unfortunatelly you can not choose a ticket type when replying ti an email. Why is this? Is there a way to enable this? Right now i can only choose a ticket type if i create a ticket myself. Thanks, Mario

customer interface -ticket owner

hi, in the customer interface there is the field ówner´ for the ticket. Standard it show the username of the owner, (f.e . : abbbbb) where can i find the settings to change this to the first and/or last name of the owner? (f.e. aaa bbbb) I really cant find it , and it would be stupid to change all the agent user id´s.. thanks!
