CSS Redesign?

Hello, when I was recently crawling through those .dtl files and lose my way in those tables in tables in tables in tables in tables I thought once again about redesigning this with a fluffy CSS box structure. My question is: Is there anything similar planned by the otrs development team? May I assist? ;-) Or is there nothing planned and I may submit the result of my work as a patch or whatever. My plan was starting with the customer interface because it is not that complex. Hi!! I obtained to install module FAQ but when I try to add a new call for line FAQ I have the following error: Erro: Need TicketID! Thank you both. With the solutions you suggested I can't be sure the customer send me all the required (mandatory) information. Some consideration. 1st I really do believe this would be a great addition. I don't know how to ask for it. If you know how, post it without any problem. 2nd I was thinking to create only a simple html page with links to different OTRS installation. My problem is... how can I move a wrongly posted ticket to a different queue?

The easiest would be to create forms in whatever web programming language you like and have them submit mails to OTRS. You can set a slew of headers in these mails which will guide them to the right queue, set priorities and so on. -- Lars

A form per queue. Is it possible?

I would like to provide my people with a group of few (4 or 5, no more) different web form templates designed to fit needs of each particular queue. In particular I would like to create specific forms adding to them different custom fields for different queue. For instance, if my people needs to fill a ticket to request to move a PC from the soket1 to the soket2, I want provide them a form (template) equipped with a field to enter the ID of the soket1 and the ID of the soket2 (plus name, building and so forth). If they ask to change the PC I want to provide them a form (template) equipped with only the field to enter the ID of the soket1 (soket2 is useless in this case) (plus name, building and so forth). What I am looking for is a way to add custom field cf01 and cf02 to the form for queue q01 and cf03 and cf04 and cf05 to the form for queue q02 and so forth. Up to date I was able to add custom field to the UNIQUE form I can provide for my customers. What I am looking for is a way to create different forms for customers and distinguishing them by queue. How can I do this? Thank you in advance

Email in HTML format

Hi, A lot of our users are using email in HTML format.So some details in mails are not displayed correclty to agents.eg. tables containing data .Emails containing tables are not displayed correctly.Iam using OTRS version 2.2.2 for windows.Can anyone help me in solving this problem.Advance thanks for help. I found nothing in SysConfig? I basically want to add our company logo ... and change the green background in the header and footer to another color By the way, I tried running the windows/explorer search to find any file with the string COMPANY NAME The search returned the framework.xml file, which from checking it, i guess it's not it!
