OTRS backups

Anyone doing OTRS backups have any estimates about how big they get (obviously depending on usage)? We will be doing the OTRS backup script that comes with the installation package and shipping the dumps to our Backup Data Center location. I've just installed it and done my first backup. Obviously it's not that big but I'm wondering how big it might be a year or two from now. Surve e-mails show html tags

I have the system set to send surveys to our users after a ticket close however the e-mails they receive show html tags at the beginning of the email and the end. Like this: $html/text$<pre> ... [Body of survey] http://Survey_link [body of survey] ..... </otrs_publicsurveykey></pre> BUT If I change some settings related to the survey source/format or html-email configuration it will either break the survey link or mess-up all other e-mails sent out by the system to be. Please help, I am not sure what to do as I have tried searching but haven't found much and I am beginning to think that there is a bug with the survey formatting. postmaster default queue

Hi, I put the following line in Config.pm $Self->{'PostmasterDefaultQueue'} = 'Raw'; But if I open a ticket by mail the ticket is created in the Postmaster queue instead of Raw. What's the problem? OTRS 3.0.5 Thanks

wrong link in email notification

Hi, I'm using OTRS 3.0.5 I have a problem. In the notification email the link are broken http://helpdesk.fdlservizi.com/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentZoom;TicketID=4 If I follow this link I get error. should be http://helpdesk.fdlservizi.com/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentZoom&TicketID=4<http://helpdesk.fdlservizi.com/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentZoom;TicketID=4> This works ok & instead of ; Is this a bug ? I'm trying to fix it in the "notification agent" templates. thanks

How to store attachments in FS including previous attachments
