Hello, i have the following selectors in all dashboad sections (reminder, escaleted Tickets in My Queues (0) Tickets in My Services (0) Tickets in My Services (0) All tickets (3) Why are "Tickets in My Services" here two times. Dynamic fields (or something like it) for agents?

Hello! I need to configure my OTRS but I'm having some problems... I thought that Dynamic Fields could solve them, but unfortunately it's not the case (until now). What I need to do is to use some ticket's information to make statistics, so I would have to mark the tickets that are important to me (like a checkbox) so I can filter them after. More precisely, I need to make a monthly report about those marked tickets. I would also need to add information to those marked tickets, I could use notes, but I was thinking about a agent side field, like a Dynamic Field that only agents can modify. After each month, I would like to filter the marked tickets and then use the information added by the agents to them to make statistics (how I would add this information is still a mystery to me). Do you have any idea about how could I do that? I hope I was clear about my problem :)

I still do not have a solution, and am unable to upgrade since these widgets are imperative to our users' use. Solved - resetting the Frontend::Admin::ModuleRegistration to factory-defaults brought the module back to life. How and why? No Idea!

Dear List, the import-export-feature is not visible in OTRS. The Module is installed and the same version as OTRS / ITSM. ImportExport - v5.0.5 - installed. Reinstalling the module didnt bring any improvement. Any hint? BR Julius

All; I have OTRS 5 Free installed, and I've started configuring it, but I'm getting something annoying. Several times per day it tries to send an email to root@localhost through our email system, with the following Subject: OTRS Scheduler Daemon Cron: OTRSBusinessAvailabilityCheck. Since our system is mostly Microsoft Exchange, it doesn't know what to do with it. I added the line recommended by reneeb on this forum: http://forums.otterhub.org/viewtopic.php?t=30820 (i.e. delete $Self->{"Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task"}->{"OTRSBusinessAvailabilityCheck"}; added to Kernel/Config.pm), but that hasn't changed the situation. Dear Tailor, Your solution may, or may not, be simple. It could be configuration error in Apache (or simple file permissions) or if SELINUX is enabled on the system it could be blocking the access. (If you didn't disable it or set in permissive mode mode OS install with it enabled. OTRS is incompatible with SELINUX default setup.) No specific order...1. Should confirm that apache is functional. apache logs2. Check SELINUX status and disable (SEstatus may help in this - Suggest researching exact command for SuSe)3. File permissions allow access (ls -l). OTRS has a file permissions script I. the script folder... I think it's otrs.spermissions but you will need to know the users and groups which run on your system.4. Check error logs (most are in /var/logs/) The specifics are outside the scope of list as they pertain to the specific configuration of your system and the O/S running on it. I think the install document covers some of these items, in part. There are apache and Linux os lists which can help with the details. Look into your system logs and find error notices. "Ungültige dynamische Felder" - invalid dynamic fields

otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminServiceCenter emits the following: Dynamische Felder 46 Werte in Dynamischen Feldern 0 Gruppen 19 Ungültige dynamische Felder 36 Werte in ungültigen dynamischen Feldern 0 which I guess translates to: dynamic fields 46 values in dynamic fields 0 invalid dynamic fields 36 values in invalid dynamic fields 0 but what are "dynamic fields" and "invalid dynamic fields"? Should I worry? Hi, How can I avoid send auto reply (new ticket created) for specific domains? For example when someone sending us email from no-reply(a)domain.com we do not want to send the usual "new ticket confirmation" auto reply.
