There is a CustomerHeader.dtl the I believe has all the variables. Dear all, I need to change the interface of the customer page, ( http://mywebserver.org/otrs/customer.pl ) so how can I change it (add logo name and company name, ..) I have redhat 9.0 with qmail, and using OTRS v 1.2.4 Any help Thanks in advance,,, Kareem Kamel

You might try the top command. That gives you performance stats. Nothing has changed on the system since we upgraded to OTRS 1.2.2 back in March. Bind? I don't know about that. Let's see, according to Wedmin, BIND does not appear to be running. The machine is on the internet, yes. Trying to send a reply, otrs doesn't respond

How do I trouble shoot this problem...? I can navigate through OTRS just fine, pull up tickets and otherwise interact with the server. Then I try to reply to a ticket and when I press "Send mail!", my browser sits forever at "Contacting support.automaticduck.com" Safari eventually times out, other browsers sit forever waiting for a reply. Yes. I don't remember the exact code, but look through defaults.pm for "customerownselectionpanel" or something like that. You can define the queues you want them to see there.
