response content ordering

Hi I've created several responses in a particular queue but the text in the response is being added at the bottom of the message ie after the content of the original. Is it possible to place the original email at the bottom of the response? What script composes the response? Thanks Philippa Strange

Request for search results list

Changing DB

Hi, I changed the DB from system X to system Y (both on postgres) and changed the according line in Config.pm (version 1.9 I think i have running) This change is not detected by otrs, even when I restart apache it isn't detected. I don't have configuration lines for the db in the perl-preload script for apache. What should I do to let otrs look at the new db? Grtz Hans

There are javascript errors with many Windows browsers. As far as I know - there is already an open bug request in your Bugzilla. Redirects On SuSE 9.1

I realize this is more of an Apache2 question (and we have looked through the Apache2 docs some already, to no avail), but I thought that someone else here may have solved this identical problem. We have a brand new OTRS 1.2.4 installation on a new SuSE 9.1 server with Apache2. (This is our first SuSE 9.1/Apache2 production installation). To access OTRS, we find that users must enter "http://serverFQDN/otrs/index.pl" in their web browsers. If they enter "http://serverFQDN/otrs/" they get a 404 Object Not Found error. It seems as if the file /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/index.html doesn't redirect the user successfully. Ideally, we would like users to enter only "http://serverFQDN/otrs" (without the trailing slash) if possible, but we'll settle for just getting this redirect to work. Thanks! OTRS as UI-less ticketing engine?

Hi! OTRS looks like a pretty advanced ticketing system. How could I integrate it seamlessly with a Java-based web project where OTRS is the "ticketing engine under the hood" but the user interface is written in Java? change pending time

Hey guys, I just wanted to know how I can change the frequency of the reminding emails. I know that I have to change this line in otrs/otrs/var/cron/pending_jobs.dist: 45 * * * * $HOME/bin/PendingJobs.pl >> /dev/null Unfortunately I don't know what I have to change here. I would like to have these emails send every 6 hours. How can I do that? thanks in advance, Andreas Bublitz
