age of ticket

Hi, I noticed today that the age of the ticket is counted from the original contact. So if a customer wrote to us a week ago and I already replied, and then he wrote again yesterday, the ticket will be shown as one week old instead of one day old. How do I change this to show the ticket as one day old? Otherwise this will be a big problem for us statistically. Thanks! Tabitha

Hello. Please answer how to use subqueue names like 'Misc::submisc' does not work in ACL's ? AC L like $Self->{TicketAcl}->{'ACL-Limit-Input-Queues'} = { ... Possible => { Ticket => { Queue => ['Misc'], }, }. ... } is working ACL like $Self->{TicketAcl}->{'ACL-Limit-Input-Queues'} = { ... Possible => { Ticket => { Queue => ['Misc::submisc'], }, }. ... } is not

Ever a fix for 'Notice: PostMasterPOP3.pl is already running' ?

I see several references to this but I could not see a fix. I noticed no mail coming in for a few days. Lo fuerte está en la lista que se enriquece diario, pero la búsqueda es también pesada pues muchas veces el "Asunto" no se corresponde con el contenido. Deesconozco las implicaciones que lleve modificar código libre bajo GPL. No obstante el sistema OTRS es bastante amigable y se pueden hacer muchas cosas. Después de crear tu tema (que no es mas que copiar las carpetas con su contenido (los archivos .dtl) allí popdrás hacer los cambios que quieras. Luego en la interfaz del administrador podrás asignar a cada usuario y a cada cliente el front end que requieras. Saludos desde este punto de américa. OTRS for Slackware

Hello everyone! Ran into some troubles, hoping a fellow slacker that knows better than me or someone with expertise in the areas im having trouble could help me out. I first tried to setup OTRS from the tarball source. Webpage worked but emails weren't coming in and I could tell I was missing something but I just didn't know what. So I found a little prog that converts rpm's to tar packages for slack. I did that to a suse rpm package and found some things im missing from my tarball install. One was a startup script. It went into /etc/init.d/otrs. Slack has a different directory for putting those... however I know that doesn't matter to you all, I just needed to know what im missing to put all the pieces together. Im not sure how to get any of the cron jobs running. If anyone could shed some light on that, that would be super. I do have the webpage itself working. Settings I set save, users I create are created.. etc. The other thing, when I started the otrs script in the /etc/init.d folder I got a few errors, like rcapache couldn't be found.
