queue view requests

Hello everybody, I just have some small(?) requests: - a Next/Previous page would be nice in QueueView. It's very annoying to click Show all xxx tickets if the queue displays only 15 tickets and there are 60 in the queue, every time we move a ticket to another queue (no, changing the number of tickets displayed it not the solution :P). - also, it would be nice to add an option in AgentPreferences to set the number of default tickets shown - agents have different browsers/resolutions/fonts. I upgraded to RedHat 9 and Apache 2. I could not get mod_perl to function right (with otrs). I decided to just try to get it working in cgi first. I get this error (with customer.pl and index.pl): Died at /var/www/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Log.pm line 60. I decided to issue this: ipcs -m ------ Shared Memory Segments -------- key shmid owner perms bytes nattch status 0x02a622c6 0 apache 777 4096 0 and then ipcrm -M 0x02a622c6 I restarted httpd and it worked. The OTRS machine sent me another error message, this time it didn't contain hundreds of lines like in a previous report of mine. This error contained one line... How can I solve this one? Is there a plan to provide upgrade scripts from an OTRS version to another ? If I use OTRS for 3 months and you release a new version it is posible to kepp all databases ? Regards, Daniel Balan

Hi, The reason is simple. The current agent works with the web, and he sometimes attach notes to tickets to explain things. People that replace the agent usually go through the email to update themselves, but they do not see the note. Also, the note does not get archived (using the SendmailBcc). This is really important.
