Cutomerid not showing all customers

I have a OTRS 1.1.0 and moved it to OTRS 2.0.2 with all the database schema changes sqls etc.(1.0->1.1->1.2->1.3->2.0) All seems to be fine. But one of the thing is now the customerid is not displaying all the customers as were in old OTRS!? Can someone please point it where i went wrong or some tweak?? TIA Yash

helpdesk operators set-up

Hi, I am having trouble setting up helpdesk operatives. I have set-up customers and assigned them to groups and this appears to work ok. I have set-up a number of queues and tried to assign them correctly, I think. When I log in as a customer I click on the 'To' section and select the queue I want. I then fill in all the other details and send the email. When I log in as one of the users in the queue selected by the customer I do not receive an email. Active Directory integration

Hi all, I integrate Active Directory into OTRS. I can log in OTRS with the account specified to search in active directory. But all others account can't be activated by OTRS. Moreover, root@localhost (local root account) can't log in now. Anyone have an idea ? Removing email tickets

Hello, Can someone tell me how to remove a ticket when there are several tickets with the same problem coming in from different people? I would like to avoid having to answer all 5 emails with the same problem. I know I saw an area where the remove was an option, but can't remember where. Thanks in advance. Moving from Unix to Windows?

Has anyone here done a migration/move of a running OTRS 2.0.4 system on Unix to a Windows platform? We are currently running our OTRS on a FreeBSD system (not using mod_perl). We're looking at migrating it to a Windows2003 server and at the same time bringing mod_perl into the mix. I had original tried mod_perl on the FreeBSD box but had some Apache::Registry issues that kept me off mod_perl. I'm hoping that as part of the move to the Windows box I can iron those out prior to bringing the system into production mode.
