Can someone tell me where on the system does it reads $Self->{'CustomerPanelOwnSelection'} = { 'Misc' => 'Second Queue', 'Junk' => 'First Queue' }; I want to change the Queues, witch the Customer can select in the Customer-Interface. I want to change the queues Thanks Mamakwa

How do I get OTRS to automatically send an email on close but not when a new ticket is created? -Mike

Good day Our OTRS stopped retrieving emails from our Pop3 box. When I run the PostMasterPOP3.pl script I get this error below. Got no LogObject! at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Time.pm line 70, <PRODUCT> line 4. Please help me find the solution to this problem Thank you in advance Theuns

Chinese character in subject gives Perl error "Wide character in syswrite"

FW: Queues on New Ticket

I have managed to put in the relevant queues in the New Tickect window and I tried to put the third queue but it did not allow me to, this is what I have put in $Self-> {'CustomerPanelOwnSelection'} = { 'Second Queue' => 'Helpdesk' 'First Queue' => 'Business Support' }; And I get the error below Error: Need TicketID! Get mail from Exchange

Hi all, Is there a way to receive email tickets directly into OTRS from Exchange? We do not run POP3 services on our exchange server. We are running OTRS on a Windows 2003 server.
