Problem duplicated Notification for any action

Please, help my with this problem. I sent this problem, before, but not have a responses. I clearing the problem: For any action, otrs send two Notification identical (duplicated) to users or client. For example i create a tk from my queue and i recive this mails subject: Re: [Ticket#200607261000015] Notificacion de Nuevo Ticket! (General) Re: [Ticket#200607261000015] Notificacion de Nuevo Ticket! (General) I view logs from mail server and Real otrs sent two mails. I find the problem, but not view. Thanks. Gustavo

Rejecting mail ticket from no customers

Hello, I'd like to be able to filter the mails that don't come from mail addresses that match any of the registered customers. I've read the filters manual, but I don't understand very well how I could do that nor if it's possible. I'd thank any information, Regards, -- jtown(a)eml.cc

Going directly to OTRS

I have OTRS installed on a SuSE 10.1 system. I just completed the installation and have installed a single user, myself. The host name of the system is web1.domain.com. I have a DNS record for helpdesk.domain.com that points to the IP address of this system. When I go to helpdesk.domain.com, I get the default Apache "It Works!" page. How do I direct traffic from helpdesk.domain.com directly to OTRS? Keep in mind that I am also planning on setting up a project management service and will want project.domain.com to direct to that site so updating the DocumentRoot in the Apache config is not the way I want to go. Hello. Several days ago i post about a problem with HTML view in OTRS...What i would like to know is that if is possible to change directly to HTML view instead of viewing in plain-text?? If yes where should i change to appear in HTML? Hello. How can i ajust the time of fechtmail so that i can see almost imediatly all the incoming mails? If anybody knows how to solve the problem with converting plain-text to html view, i would apreciate too. Nothing in crontab file

Hi all I am using otrs for past 3 months. Everything working fine. But when I try to view the crontab file, using the command crontab -l it gives a message without showing its contents. Question regarding backups

Hello - We utilize OTRS for our problem ticket tracking, and we're trying to find a way to do a nightly automated backup of the database. Is anyone currently doing this? Problem with duplicated mails

Hello, I install a otrs 2.0.4, in debian with apache2 When make a action, for example, create a new tk. The system alert this event, sending an e-mail, but all this alert recibed are double or duplicated. I not find a bad configuration, probe many variants, but withing solution.
