The new patch level release for our OTRS FAQ Module 1.5.4 has
been completed and is now ready for download & use. The OTRS
FAQ Module 1.5.4 requires OTRS 2.3.

The new OTRS 2.3. Windows Installer otrs4win 2.0.0 beta1
has been completed and is now ready for download.
During the beta release cycle, the current Windows Installer
provided as a workaround announced Oct. 15th 2008 will be still
available.
STABLE RELEASE:

* planned to be published Dec 19th 2008
ENHANCEMENTS:

* New added installer components are:
- Apache 2.2.10
- MySQL 5.10.0.3
- Strawberry Perl 5.0.67
- CRONw 2.0
The new OTRS Windows installer:
* supports Microsoft® Windows® 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008 platforms
* works with 32 Bit and 64 Bit architectures
* works with Vista's UAC (User Account Control)
* provide a modern graphical user interface (with full Vista
support)
* is much faster than the old Windows Installer

any blanks.
