Dear Community Members, +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Release Note ++++++++++++++++++++++++ We are proud to announce OTRS 2.3.0 beta3 (Bora Bora) today. This is a beta release of OTRS 2.3 which is not recommended to use for productive operation. Beta releases are published for test purposes only. The stable release is planned to be released Aug 4th 2008. Fixed bugs: =========== * Bug #1565 - A responsible Agent wasn't updated when a a new phone or e-mail ticket was created. OTRS 2.2.7 (Ipanema) is released!

This is a patch level release of stable OTRS 2.2., and contains some bug fixes and enhancements. For a complete list see below. The OTRS team recommends all OTRS 2.1.x and 2.2.x users to upgrade to OTRS 2.2.7. Minor Bugfixes: =============== * Bug #2934 - PostmasterPOP3.pl - crashes on "malformed UTF-8 character (fatal)..." on incoming emails. Improved UTF-8 valid check to process also invalid emails (mostly junk emails).
