Dear Community Members, +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Release Note ++++++++++++++++++++++++ We are proud to announce that the beta3 release of OTRS 2.4 codename: Aitutaki Beach (Cook Island) has been released today. Events like the creation of a ticket and/or article, state update, closing of a ticket, queue update etc. and the notifications content (incl. known OTRS-placeholders) can be flexibly configured using the´ web-based administration interface. KNOWN ISSUES: ============= * Open issues regarding the new WYSIWYG editor! FIXED BUGS: =========== * Bug #3852 - The Web Installer (installer.pl) reported (Error: Got no EncodeObject? ).
