ENHANCEMENTS

* A new configuration option has been added to choose if internal fields are transferred to
the ticket body.
* A new configuration option has been added to choose if field names are transferred to the
ticket body.
* A new feature is you are now able to insert the public link of the FAQ article if the
FAQ article is public. You can do this instead or in addition to the FAQ article content.
* The "Search" function is now the last option in the navigation menu.
* Bug# 5308 - Composing a reply or creating a new ticket, only the
PUBLIC parts of a FAQ article is shown (and pasted)
