ITSM fields, documentation ?

Hi Is there any documentation on the different fields that can be added to an CI-class ? I would particulary like to add File attachments possiblity to one of my CI classes. Morten

Hi, Today i did this test : Go to the Import/Export Tool, Edit the IMPORT/EXPORT Form, and choose "Restric export per search" , to validate the search mechanism. In this case the filter worked ok!....but IF i try to do this on the search tool, failed... Hi Tilman, Like you, i used the same steps : First export a template dataset (to verify data and formats) and next import my CSV-File. This is working ok!!. I have valid data on my Config Items. My problem starts when i try to find out some register on this data. The search tool (on Config Item screen) returns nothing!! (like if no CIs were find out on my system). Hi, I always export a template dataset the first time before importing contents to itsm. Then I use this template csv-file for pasting in my contents (ci's). Afterwards I use this file for the import process. In my case this is working quite fine. Regards, Tilman

Config Item Search

Hi, Im using OTRS::ITSM 1.2.2, and i think is a great tool. Ihave a problem searching Config Items : previously i imported a CSV file with my CIs. This part worked OK!. The problem happen when i try search inside this Category....no CIs are displayed....The data is there but i cant find nothing!. Any Idea?. Regards, José.
