Hide Name, Incident State and Deployment State in Config Item definition

Is it possible to hide Name, Incident State and Deployment State in Config Item definition? These fields are created in each class that I wrote even if they are not declared. I've a special case that I must hide at least the Name field. -- Att. Bruno Galindro da Costa

bug in ImportExport?

Hi list, I'm playing with the ImportExport module, trying to add a new format backend. I think I've found a bug: In the Run() function in "Modules/AdminImportExport.pm", under subAction "TemplateEdit4", when creating the form input fields for the format attribute's value, the following code is used: for my $Item ( @{$MappingFormatAttributes} ) { # create form input my $InputString = $Self->{LayoutObject}->ImportExportFormInputCreate( Item => $Item, Prefix => 'Format::' . $AtributteRowCounter . '::', Value => $MappingFormatData->{ $Item->{Key} }, ); # output attribute row $Self->{LayoutObject}->Block( Name => 'TemplateEdit4MapNumberColumn', Data => { Name => $Item->{Name}, InputStrg => $InputString, Counter => $AtributteRowCounter, }, ); } Where no "Name" parameter is passed to the $Self->{LayoutObject}->ImportExportFormInputCreate() function. This causes the FormInputCreate() function in "Output/HTML/ImportExportLayoutText.pm" to create a field with a name containing the prefix twice: # prepare data my $ID = ( $Param{Prefix} || '' ) . Language problem in CMDB

Hi, I'm having a little problem finding place where to change language for example for the following place. If I go to CMDB -> Search, chooce computer and search. It lists all the computers added to otrs. In list headers language has changed for STATE and NAME but for DEPLOYMENT STATE, CURRENT INCIDENT STATE and LAST CHANGED are not translated. I'm using finnish language. Where could I translate these? Thanx.

OTRS Tags in Transition Actions for Process Management

Hello Guys, I am working on the creation of a module for a new transition action for Process Management and I was wondering if it is possible to use OTRS Tags as a parameter for a transition action for example <OTRS_TICKET_TicketID>. Basically what I am trying to do is to split a Process Ticket into a subproecess so it gets linked as a normal ticket split does. I am using otrs 3.2.3 on CentOS 6 with ITSM. How to I get to the My Workorders page?

I'm probably being very stupid, but now I've been failing this for hours. It can find the "My Workorders" page described in the documentation, but I can't for the life of me get to it in my running system. Conditions in Change Templates?

Hi. I'm trying to set up a workflow in OTRS ITSM 3.2.1. I can create a Change, add conditions and workflows manually and run it all through the steps I want just fine. But adding all the conditions manually every time I create a change gets really old really fast. The documentation as well as numerous web pages Google found, it is indeed supposed to be possible to get conditions (and workorders?) into a template. Somehow. But all the templates I create are utterly devoid of any detectable content.
