Yes thanks. I've just read this in the otrs FAQ. I install the 1.2 actually. But this is a beta. Not a problem for me because I check the otrs 2.3.1 upgrade on non production server. But do you know when the ITSM 1.2 Stable will be release ? Otrs 2.3.1 and ITSM modules

Hi, I've test the new otrs 2.3.1 but i've a problem when i use ticketZoom : Can't locate object method "AllLinkedObjects" via package "Kernel::System::LinkObject" at ../..//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketZoom.pm line 477. I've check the file AgentTicketZoom.pm. This file was modified by ITSMTicket and use a function call AllLinkedObjects who don't exist in 2.3.1. I think ITSM 1.1.2 is not compatible with 2.3.1. Can someone confirm me that ? Upgrade from ITSM 1.1 to 1.2

Hi, are there some instructions for upgrading from ITSM 1.1 to 1.2? In the package list i can see the package "ITSMUpgradeTo12", but without any comments. Can someone tell me how and when to use it? When i update my OTRS Version to 2.3 all the old ITSM Packages are listed as incorrect installed. when i try to reinstall them i run into internal server errors. what is the exact procedure to follow? thanks and best regards -- Raphael Matter

Hi again, ok, now it worked - and wasn't that complicated. you mustn't do anything with the old ITSM packages and you also don't need the new packages. just install the ITSMUpgradeTo12 package and thats all. the only question which remains: are the old locations not migrated to the new configitem class "location" - together with the links? thanks and best regards -- Raphael Matter
