Manuel, Thank you for your reply. I don't think the problem is in the packages as I used them on the MySQL installation without any problem. Do you think it could be a localization problem ? I mean some national settings on the MSSQL server ? Thanks. OTRS:ITSM 1.2.1 on MSSQL

I'm trying to install OTRS:ITSM 1.2.1 on a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (v 9.00.3042). I've executed the instructions as per FAQ #4200121 and it looks like OTRS (v2.3.1) is working correctly. After that I was following the installation instructions for the ITSM modules: tried to add the first package (GeneralCatalog) but the browser returned the following message: Software error: Malformed UTF-8 character (fatal) at C:/OTRS/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/XML/Parser/Lite.pm line 141. Yes thanks. I've just read this in the otrs FAQ. I install the 1.2 actually. But this is a beta. Not a problem for me because I check the otrs 2.3.1 upgrade on non production server. But do you know when the ITSM 1.2 Stable will be release ? Hi, I've test the new otrs 2.3.1 but i've a problem when i use ticketZoom : Can't locate object method "AllLinkedObjects" via package "Kernel::System::LinkObject" at ../..//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketZoom.pm line 477. I've check the file AgentTicketZoom.pm. This file was modified by ITSMTicket and use a function call AllLinkedObjects who don't exist in 2.3.1. I think ITSM 1.1.2 is not compatible with 2.3.1. Can someone confirm me that ?
