Import/Export from batch

Hi, I am currently using OTRS 2.2.7 with ITSM 1.1.2 . I am trying to do import / export of my hardware inventory. I have done some template witch are working fine, but now I am trying to use them from script, in order to have weekly/daily status of Use/Spare computers. I tryed to use directly the package "Kernel::System::ImportExport" from the file "ImportExport.pm", but with no success so far, some global param seems to be initiate ($Self? ). Could you please help me to scheduled export ? (If it can be scheduled from the web interface it would be perfect, but I haven't see this kind of option.) Sylvain Floury Nec-Computers SAS

How to upgrade from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4

This is a very basic question, and I don't see any documentation when upgrading minor versions, but how do you upgrade OTRS 2.3.3 to 2.3.4? I only see documentation for 2.2 to 2.3. I'm assuming I back up my config.pm file and overwrite 2.3.3 with 2.3.4?

Unlink config item

Hi, While experimenting with configuration items, I entered some building locations for our customer. I then linked one of the locations to a test ticket. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong type of link. I then re-linked the location to the ticket (with the correct type), but now it has two links in the 'linked as' field (which seems logical as indeed, some configuration items might have more then one type of relationship to other configuration items). What I can't find is how to remove/correct the link type/relationship. Is there some 'unlink' functionality? Can anyone help out? Thanks, Regards, Tom

Setting dinamics values with PostMasterFilter

Hi. I am looking for some information about the Postmaster Filter, that I can use to set the value for a header obtaining it from the content of the source message, like a variable. An example: My OTRS receives e-mails having in the subject a number and I want the Postmaster Filter set the subject content as the value of X-OTRS-CustomerNo. Could I do it, or only can set static values?
