Hi all, someone knows if there is a limit in link functions?how the Link's view manage and order the possible link item? for example when I try to link a Location to a Computer I couldn't see all computer items, is it a limit ?Have I to modify some setting? Hi All I´m a new ITSM:OTRS user and I have some doubts about links between CIs. What´s the diference between "Depends on", "Alternative to", "Connected to" ? I read the ITSM Manual but the informations it´s small about links... Please help me ! Cannot install ITSMCore 1.2.3 - Message: Need File/Package!

Hi, I have a fresh installation of OTRS 2.3.4 running in a virtual machine (Ubuntu 8.04). GeneralCatalog 1.2.3 is installed, I am not behind a proxy and the value for max_allowed_packet is 20M. Nevertheless I cannot install ITSMCore 1.2.3 - I always get the following error: ERROR: OTRS-CGI-11 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Sat Apr 4 23:19:02 2009 Message: Need File/Package! Traceback (4262): Module: Kernel::Output::HTML::Layout::Error (v1.110.2.6) Line: 1312 Module: Kernel::Output::HTML::Layout::ErrorScreen (v1.110.2.6) Line: 1291 Module: Kernel::Modules::AdminPackageManager::Run (v1.65.2.4) Line: 1265 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (v1.35) Line: 824 Module: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl (v1.87) Line: 47 Apache2 is running under www-data.www.data, the user otrs belongs to group www-data. OTRS ITSM register of equipment

We are currently adopt OTRS ITSM 1.2.2 on our Enterprise. But today we wants to get report in form of register of all equipment (ITSM CLASS - Hardware and Computer): list of equipment with all fields from description of class. Example: NameField TypeField NumberField OwnerField NoteField OtherFields 1. Printer1 - Printer - Number1 -Owner1 - Note1 -: 2. Printer2 - Printer - Number2 -Owner2 - Note2 -: 3. Computer1 - Computer - Number3 -Owner1 - Note3 -: : I tried to do such report though wizard but I see that this tool gives us something like consolidated report than register. How can I make this real?

Config Item and Location functionalities with ITSM 1.2.2.

Hello, I have installed OTRS 2.3.3 and ITSM 1.2.2. Before upgrading to ITSM 1.2.2, I had icons such as Location, Config Items in my bar as shown below. Now I would like to install the following packages. ITSMTicket-1.1.3.xml LinkObject2-1.1.3.xml But receive the errors below. How can I have the functionalities Location, Config Item with ITSM 1.2.2?
