Hi, kann mir irgend jemand helfen ? GnuPG ist für uns eigentlich echt essentiell und wir haben verzweifelt auf OTRS 2 gewartet - genau aus diesem Grund. Hallo, ich habe die gleiche Fehlermeldung bekommen. Wobei die Tickets doch zusammengefasst wurden. Ich wollte schon einen neuen Bugreport eintragen, aber auf http://bugs.otrs.org/ ist die Version 2 von otrs noch nicht eingerichtet. Hallo, wenn ich zwei Tickets mergen möchte kommt folgender Fehler: Software error: Can't call method "LockSet" on an undefined value at ../..//Kernel/System/Ticket.pm line 3720. Im Log sehe ich dazu nichts. Problem after installing new OTRS version

Hello all :) We just got done installing the latest version of ORTS *over* an existing version 1.3. We had to reconfigure everything, but it seems to work, except for this: It seems as if we cannot get any mail to generate a ticket. DB kaputt ?

Hallo, ich habe OTRS 2.0.1 installiert und möchte nun gerne die aktuelle Datenbank importieren, die hinter der aktuellen Installation von OTRS 1.3.2 steht. Gibt es irgendeine Abhilfe ? OTRS 2.0.1 + GnuPG

Hallo OTRS-Team, zunächst mal herzlichen Glückwunsch zur 2.0.1 :) Ein kleines Problem habe ich noch: GnuPG. Irgendwie funktioniert die Integration nichts so ganz, entweder kann GnuPG die Mails nicht signieren, oder der Keyring wird gleich ganz gelöscht :( Gibt es Empfehlungen, unter welchem User der Keyring liegen sollte ? OTRS (dem gehört /opt/otrs) oder apache (Der User und die Gruppe, unter der der Webserver läuft). Wie sieht es in Punkto Sicherheit aus ? Ist es zu empfehlen, den Keyring unter /opt/otrs bzw. in den Document Root vom Apache zu legen oder in ein Verzeichnis ausserhalb (z.B. /etc/otrs o.ä.) ?
