Hallo OTRS-Experten! Gerade habe ich mich an OTRS gewöhnt und beginne das "Test-System" zum produktiven Einsatz umzubauen ... ... erhalte ich urplötzlich folgende Fehlermeldung wenn ich in die Queue-Ansicht wechseln will (als Agent): Software error: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketQueue.pm line 584. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@opensuse), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. HILFE! Gruß, Kai Osthoff P.S.: Nein, ich habe nichts verändert! Gerade zurück vom Kunden und dort vor 4 Stunden noch einwandfrei verwendet .. *hilfe*

internal error kurz nach Installation

Hallo Leute, ich bin neu hier und hab so auch eine Anfänger Frage. ich habe OTRS frisch installiert und nach der Installation ging es auch. Nach dem erneuten Startversuch nach einigen Tagen passiert folgender Fehler. Beim Aufrufen von http://localhost/otrs/index.pl kommt die passworteingabeseite nach klick auf login folgender Fehler: " Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, admin(a)your-domain.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." Bei Zugriff auf http://localhost/otrs/customer.pl und andere kommt der Fehler sofort. Hallo liebe Helfenden, ich habe eine kurze Frage, gibt es eine Möglichkeit, händisch die Eskalationszeit eines Tickets weiterzusetzen auf einen beliebigen Zeitpunkt oder orientiert sich die Eskalationszeit NUR an der in der Queue hinterlegten zeit. LDAP keine Übernahme der Nutzerinformationen aus ADS

Hallo zusammen, nachdem, mit Unterstützung dieser Gruppe, unser OTRS auf SQL Server umgeschwenkt wurde, hoffe ich bei einem weiteren Problem auf Hilfe: Ich versuche die CustomerUser aus unserer ADS auszulesen. Dabei erhalte ich kein Ergebnis. Auch in das Log- File wird kein Fehler geschrieben. Ich habe schon versucht ein Perl- Skript zu schreiben, um zu sehen ob die Abfrage unserer ADS mit NET::LDAP möglich ist. Dabei habe ich aber nur unsere Computer (nodes) als Ergebnis erhalten. Hat jemand Rat???? Konfirguration: * OTRS 2.1.4 auf Windows XP, Apache2, ActivePerl 5.8 * ADS 2000 inkl.
